Cathedral Oaks Athletic Club strives to provide something for the entire family, and that includes kids of all ages. Our extensive kids programming includes group exercise classes so that they can get their own workout and improve their sport while having a great time and meeting new friends at the club!
Kids Group Exercise Classes
Zumba – Combines elements of dance and aerobics. With their favorite music accompaniment, kids will learn to move, listen to the rhythm, exercise their bodies, and have fun while doing it. (Ages 6 – 12)
Kickboxing – Designed to give children a fun and engaging workout while teaching them useful self defense skills. Our experienced instructor(s) will help your child build confidence, discipline, and develop healthy habits early on that they will take with them for years to come. (Ages 6 – 12)
