Cathedral Oaks Athletic Club strives to provide something for the entire family, and that includes kids of all ages. Our extensive kids programming includes swim team, junior tennis, group exercise classes, basketball, and, for younger children, Kids Club. Your kids will get their own workout and improve their sport while having a great time and meeting new friends at the club!
Kids Group Exercise Classes
Kids Yoga – a fun yoga class designed with kids in mind
Martial Arts – learning the fundamentals, for kids ages 4 – 12
Mini Muscles – fun games and drills, for kids ages 4 – 12

*Closes 30 minutes early if there are no reservations for the rest of the day or kids in the club.
