KIDS' FITNESS CLASSES AT SWELL
Spark a love for lifelong fitness in your child at Swell Goleta's kids' fitness classes! We offer a variety of engaging activities designed to nurture healthy habits and keep young bodies moving. From building swim skills and mastering tennis techniques to participating in energetic group exercise classes, your child will find something they love at Swell Goleta. Our programs promote physical development, social interaction, and teamwork within a fun and supportive environment. Watch your child blossom into a confident and active individual while making lasting memories!
SWIM
Thanks to the beautiful climate in Santa Barbara, we have swim programs year-round! For both members and non-members of all ages, we offer private swim lessons taught by experienced instructors. For ages 6 to 18, we also offer varying levels of Swim Team that allow kids to learn the basics of the four competitive strokes, then progressively move up in the team and swim competitively at monthly meets.
TENNIS
From beginners to advanced players, our Junior Tennis programs are open to all levels, ages 6 to 18. All players are placed on the appropriate courts according to their age and ability. KICKBOXING
Designed to give children a fun and engaging workout while teaching them useful self-defense skills. Our experienced instructor(s) will help your child build confidence, discipline, and develop healthy habits early on that they will take with them for years to come. (Ages 6 – 12)
