Billing:
How can I see my bill?
Electronic statements will be emailed to you each month. Statements will include any previous unpaid balance, the previous month’s charges, and the current month’s dues. If you do not receive the emailed statements please contact one of our membership representatives at the club and they can update your email on file.  We also recommend you check your Spam folder.  Members can view their monthly charges, payment history or change payment options through the member portal.

When is my payment due?
Payment is due by the 20th of the month to avoid the $10.00 late fee.

What are my payment options?
You can pay your bill by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
We also offer EFT, which is an automatic payment of your bill on a monthly basis. You can use check or credit card. You will still receive a bill each month but do not need to send us payment.

Membership:
How do I cancel my membership?
Please call the Club to speak with a membership representative.

How do I freeze my membership?
Please call the Club to speak with a membership representative.

Is my membership transferable?
Memberships are not transferable to any other individual. If you are interested in transferring your membership to another of our affiliated SWELL Clubs, please contact a membership representative.

What is your guest policy?

We have made changes to our Guest Policy as of February 1st, 2017. Our goal is to always serve our members first, especially during peak times of the year. While guests are still welcome at the club, there is now a guest fee from May 1st through October 1stMembers will be charged $15 per adult, $10 per child under the age of 12, and $50 per family for every visit. Guests will not be charged during our off-season months. Any individual guest can only be brought to the club up to twice per month and six times per year. Guest IDs will be verified at the front desk for proper check-in.

Member guests must be with the sponsoring member to use the Club unless they already have a pass in their possession.  Members may arrange to have their guests names added to the guest list by calling ahead or speaking to a membership representative.  All guests must be 16 years of age or older.  All guests must read and sign our Guest Waiver in full.  If you have friends or family who are interested in joining the Club please contact the membership desk for the details of our generous referral program.

Does my guest need to fill out a waiver?
Each guest must fill out a Participant Registration and Waiver form on their first visit. To complete one before you arrive, download here and bring it in on your first visit.

Do you Offer Dual Memberships between Clubs
Yes, the base rate is paid to home club. Members must sign for dual access for minimum 6 month term.

Do you offer Short Term Memberships
We offer 1 day, 3 day, 1 month and 3 month memberships.  Please speak with a membership representative to setup a short term membership.
