Class Descriptions

Weighted Workout: Strength training for the entire body                           
60 minutes

Aqua Aerobics: Cardio and strengthmoves (non-impact)                         
60 minutes

Masters Swim: Coached workout for all levels.
Goggles and swim caps are necessary                                                          
75minutes

Age Group: Ages 8-15 beginnerto advanced coached swim                 
75 minutes

Novice: Ages 5-10 intermediate coached swim                                           
45 minutes

Pre-Swim: Ages 5-7 Preparing for Novice swim (Small Pool)
30 minutes

Ballroom Dance: Learn several types of ballroom dances, partners not required
 75 minutes

Step Interval: Step aerobics,sculpting and core work                                                
60 minutes

Spinning®: Group cycling, bringwater and a towel
Sign-up required for (Tuesday and Friday 9:00am classes 60 minutes) 
45 minutes

Brazilian Dance: Low impact highenergy dance                                        
60 minutes

Cardio Hip Hop: Dance, sculpt, andget a great workout, any level          
60 minutes

Core Bar Workout: Ballet based moves mixed with core work
60 minutes

Cardio Core: Sculpting and core work for all levels
45 minutes

Gentle Yoga: The name says it all.
60 minutes

Intro Yoga & Level 1: For the beginner
60 minutes

Yoga Level 2 / 3: Intermediate to advanced
90 minutes

Yoga Level 3: not recommended for beginners, or people with injuries
90 minutes

Power Yoga: Fast paced for all levels
60 minutes

Multi-Level Yoga: Beginner through advanced
60 minutes

Pilates: Core work for the entire body
60 minutes

Pilates Express: Pilates and myofascial release work
30 minutes

Pilates 1/2: Pilates moves for beginning and intermediate levels
45 minutes

Pilates 2/3: Pilates moves for intermediate to advanced levels
60 minutes

Pilates Pulse: Advanced core work with Pilates moves
60 minutes

Core Training: Strength, stabilization and core work
40 minutes

Quick Sculpt: Weight training for the entire body
20 minutes

Martial Arts: Ages 4-12 learning the fundamentals
50 minutes

Mini-Muscles: Ages 4-12 fun games and drills
50 minutes

Zumba: Low impact high energy dance, beginners welcome!
60 minutes
